Success! Your homeowners associations were successful at demanding government implement law which culminated in a court order to delay any development on this property for 5 years and cancel all permits.  This ruling awaits an appeal from the offending property owners.  Without the dedication of several individuals who represent you these offenses will continue unabated.

LA Times has an article on the first page of the “Los Angeles” section (1.22.2015) describing that the Sullivan Canyon land use matter is now in court, with locals suing the City over the failure to properly notify the community (developer came in with essentially no notice and removed many “over 50” oak and sycamore trees).
